March 2024Lovely modern, clean loft apartment. Host Alexia was very helpful & responsive when I had trouble figuring out the electronic locks. It is located close to a men's boarding house, but the security is good. This ground floor apartment is well located close to Calvary hospital & the central market. Walking distance to everything in the CBD. There is some traffic noise, but it didn't stop me sleeping well in the very comfortable bed. The lock box is located low, as mentioned in some of the other reviews. There was even Vegemite in the pantry, which was great, as well as a Nespresso machine with lots of pods which I took full advantage of.

October 2023Lovely accommodation for two with convenient location to areas of interest, public transport, etc. However the street noise was excessive most hours of the day and night with much street level activity which prevented a feeling of privacy despite the shades. Leaving the door open for fresh air was not an option. Amenities were as described with instructions provided, although the wifi provider had changed and the TV would not program free to air stations. Late night arrival made it difficult to see and access lockbox, which was a bit tricky and fiddly to open. Minor issues can be easily corrected, but it is definitely not for light sleepers, elderly (or those who might have difficulty stooping to access the lockbox) or those looking to spend significant time in the unit.
